• Plan Distribution Activities:Organise distribution efforts in line with customer delivery needs
• Manage Costs:Oversee distribution, warehousing, and related expenses to stay within budgetary limits.
• Negotiate with Logistics Providers:Engage in negotiations and monitor rates and performance with logistics companies to maintain competitive standards.
• Stock Management:
