Description:
PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Operational Logistic execution in accordance to set targets including compliance and regulation demands
- Drive the organizational effectiveness agenda and provide performance advisory together with the Regional Logistic BP (Budgets, Secondary KPIs, standards, processes, etc.).
- Complete monthly KPI reports in line with supply chain requirements and hold monthly reviews with the Regional Logistics BP.
- Support of all logistical procurement activities for tendering, negotiation and contracting of all external and internal logistic services for the Market / Cluster and the group.
- Supports the factories and markets to implement and maintain efficient logistic processes.
- Support Group Internal Audit by submitting audit relevant contents related to Inventory and stock management.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Previous or current experience in Logistics and supply chain management
- Proven leadership and motivation skills
- Excellent communication skills as well as proven negotiation, collaboration and interpersonal leadership skills
- Ability to challenge directives that impact financial and operational performance of the functional area
- Knowledge about local requirements on compliance, customs and regulations
- Effective problem and conflict resolution skills and proven team focus

Responsibilities:
Imperial Brands have a new exciting opportunity to join us as our Logistics Manager in Dublin.
This is a fantastic opportunity for you to make an impact on how Imperial Brands work moving forward. You will be joining an inclusive, innovative global FMCG business supported by 25,000 employees.
As our new Logistics Manager you will be accountable for the Secondary Logistic Operation in Ireland including logistic execution part of order management, returns and destruction handling, budget order profiling and day to day operations.
You will ensure market supply by avoiding logistical OOS, maintaining a high delivery service level, monitoring and managing the distribution centers and dispatch offices, managing the logistical part of specific sales projects, e.g., trade promotion, stock build.
You will also be responsible for frequent reviews of budgets, concepts, contractual terms and conditions for the secondary logistics and acts as logistics expert.
Please note: This role is initially a 12 month fixed term contract.
This role can also be based from our Bristol Headquarters with frequent travel to Dublin.
