As the Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the material delivery management operations within our organization. You will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and timely movement of materials for our projects.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Logistics, or a related field
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in logistics and material delivery management
• Strong knowledge of logistics processes, supply chain management, and inventory control
• Experience in managing material delivery operations within a real estate or construction industry
• Proficient in logistics management systems and tools
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards in logistics and material delivery
• Proven track record in managing and developing a team

• Develop and implement strategies for efficient material delivery management
• Manage the end-to-end logistics operations for material procurement, transportation, and distribution
• Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and logistics service providers to ensure smooth coordination and execution of material delivery tasks
• Optimize inventory levels and monitor stock availability to meet project requirements
• Implement and maintain logistics systems and processes to track and manage material flow
• Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics and identify areas for improvement
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards in material delivery operations
• Lead and develop a team of logistics professionals
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on logistics activities and performance
