REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience in logistics and inventory management.
• Strong organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in logistics, warehouse management, or inventory control, preferably in manufacturing, retail, or construction industries.
• Understanding of logistics, inventory management, and distribution processes.

  Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per mont

JOB PURPOSE:

• The Logistics Officer oversees the transportation, warehousing, and distribution of goods, ensuring efficient and timely delivery. This role coordinates with suppliers, monitors inventory levels, manages delivery schedules, and ensures compliance with policies and safety standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Organize and oversee storage of goods in warehouses.
• Implement safety and security measures.
• Supervise loading and unloading operations.
• Manage site logistics and material storage.
• Manage the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
• Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock audits, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
• Manage inventory lists in collaboration with the procurement team or manager to ensure stock accuracy and availability.
• Liaise with suppliers and vendors for shipment tracking and issue resolution.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness in deliveries.
• Prepare and maintain shipping documents (e.g., invoices, packing lists, delivery receipts).
• Generate logistics performance reports.
