Description:
Overview:
Under general supervision this role supports the Logistics Center of Excellence in providing analysis of field operations to maintain and improve operational efficiencies. This position requires functional experience in logistics, data analysis, supply chain, transportation management, or a related field.

Responsibilities:
- Works directly with field management to identify trends, areas for improvement, and efficiency opportunities that impact Operating Cash Flow or expenses.
- Provides support to the Service Centers when logistical coverage is needed.
- Operational knowledge of used logistical applications and assists in company-wide training.
- Communicates with end-users to respond to inquiries and direct questions to the appropriate resources and leaders as required
- Engages in change management initiatives to help stakeholders and end-users adapt to new processes and systems implemented by the logistics center of excellence
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to capture best practices, foster a community of learning, and drive continuous improvement
- Support the logistics center of excellence by assisting in the planning and execution of targeted improvement initiatives with the overall goal of eliminating waste while improving efficiency and profitability
- Supports the overall operational growth plan as part of the company growth strategy through KPI performance, efficiencies in routing and forecasting, and depot optimization.
- Considers Safety the number one priority associating a high level of urgency when deficiencies are identified.
- Aid in telemetry management.
- Partners with Service Center Logistics teams to analyze KPI performance.
- Assists with data analysis and acts as a liaison in the communication of operational needs and objectives, training, and updates to policies and procedures
- Participates in the establishment of measurable key accountabilities
- Advocate at corporate, articulating field issues, working with the respective departments to develop solutions, and communicate resolution to the field.
- Responsible for establishing and maintaining cross-functional relationships
- Works on special projects or additional tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field of study or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of working experience
- Strong Project Management skills preferred
- Excellent analytical skills including development of trend reports, operational excellence reviews,
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong oral and written communication/interpersonal skills with all levels of management.
- Solid experience using PeopleSoft CRM and Salesforce software as a business operational tool.
- Understanding SQL a plus
- Must be a Citizen or National of the United States, a lawful, permanent resident, or have authorization to work in the United States
