JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing optimal transportation solutions according to client requests, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven experience in transportation or logistics coordination.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to find the most efficient and cost-effective solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools for transportation management.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Provide an optimal transportation service according to the client’s request.
• Check all possible solutions prior to advising them to the client.
• Benchmark and find the most cost-effective solution for the client within a specific deadline.
• Provide the client with quotations and lead time for each case.
• Follow up with the client regarding the orders of their vessels with an active operation.
• Instruct all parties involved and closely monitor the progress until the operation is completed.
• Prepare the final costs for the client at the end of the operation and send the file to accounts.
• Assist with the training of new employees if required.
• Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
