QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree/High school in Logistics or Business Management
• 6+ years of supervision experience in shipping and warehouse operations
• Fluent in Czech and German languages
• Intermediate knowledge of English
• Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making
• Effective leadership abilities to motivate teams in 3PL
• Proficient in managing warehouse-related projects
• Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
• Active driver - frequent traveling to Germany

• Work closely with 3PL providers to establish clear communication channels
• Collaborate on inventory planning, order fulfillment, and transportation logistics
• Define KPIs for 3PL services and regularly evaluate them
• Ensure compliance with warehousing, material handling, and shipping regulations
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, optimizing logistics processes
• Monitor stock levels, reconcile data, and prepare annual budget
