Additional information:

• This role is Temporary (until December 2025) Full-time 76hrs/fortnight.
• The internal job title for this role is Fulfilment Operations Manager.
• This role requires availability to work Monday – Sunday.
• As our store operates 7 days per week, you must have the availability to work a rotating roster with a mix of day and evening shifts (6:00am – 4:00pm/close). You also have the availability to work alternating weekend shifts (both Saturday and Sunday).
• As part of the recruitment process this role requires a pre-employment check for final candidates.

• Implementing improvements, new processes, technologies, and ways of working to enhance the customer and co-worker experience.
• Fostering close cooperation and strong communication with the Fulfilment Integration team and key stakeholders such as Unit management, support functions, and External Transport/Service Providers to maximise goods availability and customer order fulfilment efficiency.
• Ensuring compliance with IKEA code of conduct, Standard Operating Procedures, internal regulations, and local legislation related to health, safety & security within the Fulfilment Operations team.
• Lead, coach, and developing a high-performing Fulfilment Operations team, cultivating communication, flexibility, and inclusivity.
• Placing a strong emphasis on nurturing co-worker well-being and managing co-worker performance, competence development and succession planning.
• Demonstrate a commitment to cost-consciousness, effectively managing resources and operational expenses to maximise efficiency and drive profitability in fulfilment operations
