Take responsibility for all incoming and outgoing goods crucial for building the state-of-the art Metrology Equipment.

As Logistics Operator you are responsible for the correct receival, inspection, storage, and registration of all incoming and outgoing goods. You will be working about 80% in the office and about 20% in the warehouse.

Specific tasks and responsibilities include:

• Prepare items for national or international shipment, including all applicable documentation. Incoterms knowledge
• Organize shipments national and international with relative documentation for customs.
• Registration and tracking of shipped orders in the internal ERP system according to the procedure.
• Unpacking, sorting, storing and registration of all incoming products into the internal ERP system.
• Report quality issues to the applicable stakeholders for subsequent action.
• When applicable, clean the received products and prepare them for further storage cleaning, kitting, or usage.
• Repacking of goods and products when necessary.
• Order picking and distribution of items on request of the applicable stakeholders.
• Re-stocking of items that have been tested.
• Inventory stock.
• Support in various warehouse and packaging activities.
• 3PL contact.
