DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service function within a healthcare setting or in an administrative role. Patient scheduling experience preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong communication skills, and a flexible and positive attitude.
- Strong computer skills and basic knowledge of G-Suite (e.g., Google Docs and Sheets).
- Demonstrated adaptability to handle changing priorities in a healthcare environment.
- US work authorization.
- Based in Denver, CO area.
Preferred
- Experience with athenahealth.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $25-$27/hour + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing scheduling processes within our teams and ensuring our care teams have clean schedules. This role involves collaborating with various teams to establish smooth operations that enable timely patient care. If you have a passion for organization, effective communication, and the ability to adapt in a dynamic environment, we encourage you to apply.
RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Scheduling and Coordination:
- Create and upload schedule templates for our care pods that are accurate and timely
- Assist with real time schedule adjustments and support same-day scheduling operations
- Perform thorough schedule checks to guarantee accuracy
- Help train new team members on scheduling workflows and re-train existing team members as needed
Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with various multi-market teams within the organization to optimize patient scheduling and patient and care team experience
- Address and resolve scheduling conflicts, delays, and emergencies in a timely manner
Escalate safety concerns that arise in the field
Communication:
- Make outbound calls to patients as required, particularly focused on day-of appointment logistics
- Provide clear and accurate information to all parties regarding schedules, delays, and changes
Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA standards to safeguard sensitive information
Other Duties:
- Upload patient forms to our EMR
- Contribute to other tasks and projects as assigned to support our mission of enhancing patient experiences
- This role reports to the Manager of Market Operations
