What you’ll do:
We make touch and eye tracking based assistive technology for people with communication and mobility challenges. The success of our products has life-changing impact on our customers. Our Production and Supply Chain Team helps to further the mission by ensuring our products come to life.
About the Role:
Our Logistics & Production team is the last stop for an order before it goes to our customer who look to amaze the customer with every order we send out.
As our Logistics & Production Manager, you will lead inbound and outbound logistics activities to ensure the timely, cost-effective, and efficient movement of goods globally. You will guide and empower our Logistics & Production team, driving high performance in production, repairs, inventory control, and logistics, and fostering continuous improvement for our customers get deliveries in the most efficient way.
What will your impact and experience look like?
- Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, production and repair services and resources (team and equipment).
- Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle, including planning and monitoring inbound and outgoing deliveries.
- Oversee the overall Receiving process, including warehousing and inventory control.
- Lead with a growth mindset focus fostering a culture of continuous improvement, learning, and resilience within their team.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of logistics operations and implement necessary improvements.
- Ensure all logistics and operational activities comply with Tobii Dynavox compliance policies, market specific to laws, and ISO requirements.
- Build strong relationships with key collaborators such as freight forwarders to secure reliability and decrease risk
Please note: This is an onsite role based in our office/warehouse located in Stockholm city. We welcome candidates within commuting distance in the Stockholm region.
What qualifications will help you thrive?
- Experience in Logistics and/or Supply Chain roles and leadership roles.
- Proficiency in ERP and forwarder systems (e.g. Visma, Dynamics 365).
- Proficiency in Excel (e.g. formulas, charts and Pivot Tables) for KPI reporting.
- Thorough understanding of inbound and outbound freight and documentation.
- Knowledge of export rules and understanding of quality standards and health and safety regulations (e.g. safe chemical handling, HS codes, security regulations, export documentations).
- Excellent collaboration skills to work cross-functionally to incorporate logistics with Tobii Dynavox procedures and operations.
- Fluency in both verbal and written communication in English.
Please note: Our official working hours are from 8am to 5pm and we have flexible work hours to ensure global collaboration.
