Logistics Production Manager x 4 (2 x Days, 1 x Late & 1 x Night)

As a Logistics Production Manager, you are accountable for, but not limited to:

• Safety and Improvement : Monitor and enhance safety conditions, eliminate unsafe behaviours, and ensure adherence to safety procedures. Implement value stream improvements, teach Lean methodology, and drive defect reduction through RCCA and PID.
• Process and Performance Management : Organize and prioritize jobs, adjust staffing to meet requirements, and oversee section status reporting. Monitor and improve KPIs through continuous improvement.
• Documentation and Reporting : Create and maintain reports on production processes, tool issues, performance, and inventory. Ensure all processes and products meet safety and quality standards.
• Team Supervision and Development : Supervise daily activities of logistics operatives, assign tasks, and ensure team coordination. Train and develop staff, manage scheduling and conflicts, and promote a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
