Job Description
Register Transport: Register all international transport to and from Romania on the e-Transport systems
Communication: Maintain close communication with ︁︀︂︃︃︇︃︁︃︂carriers to ensure smooth operations. Manage complex communication and information sharing with various stakeholders.
Timely Registration: Ensure all transports are registered in a timely manner to avoid significant fines.
Support Logistics: Support the Shared Service Logistics team in handling all international transport to/from/within Romania. Potential to expand support in the region.
Organize and Control: Organize, lead, and control internal and international transport activities. Seek, receive, and accept transport orders.
Documentation: Ensure the validity of vehicle documents and respond promptly to any requests from collaborators. Enter daily managed orders into the company’s system. Prepare monthly reports for each vehicle in managed departments.
Handover Documentation: Hand over and receive documentation from drivers based on handover protocols. Verify, process, and file documents received from drivers.
Continuous Improvement: Focus on continuously improving professional and specialized training.
Pricing Offers: Send price offers to clients and maintain constant contact to ensure smooth transport operations.
Cargo Efficiency: Find cargo for free vehicles, maximizing space efficiency.
Trips monitoring: Keep in contact with drivers, requesting necessary information about the progress of the trip. Monitor the performance of trips and assist as needed.
Reporting: Prepare reports as requested by superiors and manage transport files and documentatio
