Position Overview: The Logistics Specialist will oversee and manage the efficient movement of goods, both inbound and outbound, ensuring meticulous attention to detail, compliance with quality standards, and timely execution of logistics operations. This role demands strong organizational skills, proficiency in ERP systems, and the ability to collaborate across departments to maintain optimal inventory accuracy and support overall business objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Educational Background: Minimum qualification of Nitec or equivalent. Candidates with relevant experience or higher qualifications are preferred.
• Experience: Prior experience in logistics, particularly in inbound, outbound, inventory management, and shipping, is advantageous.

ADDITIONAL DUTIES:

• Quality Compliance: Adhere to Quality Management System (QMS) procedures in all operational tasks, ensuring that all activities meet or exceed company standards.
• Support Functions: Assist the Management Team with ad hoc requests and projects as needed.
• Inventory Audits: Participate in regular stock checks, collaborating with the Quality Team to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Workplace Safety: Promote and maintain a safe, clean, and organized working environment at all times.
