Responsibilities:
be responsible for completion of daily end-to-end international shipment activities for the region. The position will be based at our Nordic Business Center in Gothenburg. You will be part of a skilled team that performs all transportation planning, executing, and monitoring including reporting and export documentation for international shipments.
Responsibilities include:
- Complete and review shipping documentation and coordinate with site logistics to execute shipments and gather necessary documentation.
- Monitor shipments and resolve shipment exceptions and complications as they arise.
- Track and monitor logistics provider, customer, and organization logistics KPIs and cost performance.
- Establish and maintain relationship with internal stakeholders, logistics providers and government agencies.
- Support process improvements within supply chain
