Description:
Responsibilities:
They are currently on an active lookout for a suitable candidate as a Supervisor, Logistics, responsible for the Logistics and Trade Compliance activities within the global manufacturing operations.
Key responsibilities of this role would include:
- Accountable for strategic planning and hands-on execution for logistical work operations
- Plan, manage and evaluate logistics operations liaising with internal stakeholders, suppliers, logistics providers, transportation service providers and customers
- Manage 3PL on warehouse operations and transportation, including their key performance index (KPIs) and scorecard metrics. Generate reports and evaluate 3PL performances.
Formulate and execute improvement of logistics processes and capabilities (streamline and optimise processes from upstream to downstream)Accountable for driving cost savings, process improvements, change management, program transitions and spearheading logistics projects
