QUALIFICATIONS
- Completed commercial training
- Experience in the processing of export orders as well as the preparation of the necessary accompanying goods and customs documents
- MS Office knowledge, experience with SAP (module: SD) and AEB Assist
- Fluent in German and Business fluent in English (other foreign languages are an advantage)
- Experience with hazardous goods transports desirable
- Knowledge of customs / export control / exports
- High degree of initiative and motivation
- Ability to work in a team, openness and loyalty

Responsibilities:
- Order entry and processing worldwide
- Preparation of export documents according to worldwide export and customs regulations as well as import regulations in the respective export countries
- Preparation of dangerous goods documents
- Order tracking in close coordination with production, purchasing, shipping, forwarding and customers
- Monitoring of export certificates, transports and documentation
