QUALIFICATIONS

• Completed commercial training
• Experience in the processing of export orders as well as the preparation of the necessary accompanying goods and customs documents
• MS Office knowledge, experience with SAP (module: SD) and AEB Assist
• Fluent in German and Business fluent in English (other foreign languages are an advantage)
• Experience with hazardous goods transports desirable
• Knowledge of customs / export control / exports
• High degree of initiative and motivation
• Ability to work in a team, openness and loyalty

• Order entry and processing worldwide
• Preparation of export documents according to worldwide export and customs regulations as well as import regulations in the respective export countries
• Preparation of dangerous goods documents
• Order tracking in close coordination with production, purchasing, shipping, forwarding and customers
• Monitoring of export certificates, transports and documentation
