ABOUT THE ROLE
Join our dynamic team at the Penrose Distribution Centre, where we are dedicated to breaking barriers to wellbeing. As a Logistics Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in achieving our operational and customer service objectives through the safe, efficient, and cost-effective utilization of site resources.
In this role, you will be responsible for compiling weekly reports against site-determined KPIs and conducting specific site data analysis. This role is designed to support flexible work practices and adaptability to changing business needs.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Safety: Champion OH&S compliance, ensure all incidents are reported, and lead by example in promoting a safe work environment.
- Contractor Team Management: Align with corporate objectives, review team performance, and contribute to a great workplace.
- Shift Operations: Guide shift operations to meet KPIs, manage warehouse resources, and ensure timely delivery of customer orders.
- Site Administration: Provide administrative support, coordinate with vendors, and manage site supplies.
- Inbound Management: Maintain inventory targets, manage site resources, and oversee container devanning/loading schedules.
- Continuous Improvement: Improve productivity, reduce costs, and support cross-functional teams in problem-solving.
