Logistics Team Leader

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Recent and relevant experience in a logistics supervisory role
• Experience in carrying out inventory counts/cycle counting and providing KPI’s
• Excellent IT skills including effective working knowledge of SAP or other ERP IT system, MS Excel & Outlook
• Experience of working within Material Delivery / Planning / Manufacture / Logistics / Supply Chain
• FLT Experience essential

• Health and Safety is a priority ensuring all activity are conducted in safe manner and personnel are trained
• Pick items required by production, update SAP and deliver to correct location (raising any incomplete requirements before releasing)
• Ensuring the team receipt and put away delivery of stock within the agreed timescales
• Comply with the logistic processes ensuring inventory accuracy is maintained
• It is a requirement of the Team leader to ensure the team conduct a cycle count to the agreed schedule
• Actively lead the team and carry out employee coaching, training and development
