JOB DESCRIPTION
Under the supervision of the Co-VP Procurement and Logistics, the main responsibilities are to ensure the smooth operations of transport for all the supply of all locations. The candidate will ensure excellent communication (organization and follow-up) with various internal/external customers and suppliers involved, while managing a daily processing batch.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Have a degree in Transportation Management (DEC) or any other related field;
- A minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience;
- Good computer skills (MS Office; ERP system);
- Bilingualism required (French and English).

Responsibilities:
- Contact carriers to schedule pick-ups;
- Tender carriers for various customer needs;
- Fill out the delivery notes of the carriers and complete the customs documents when required;
- Update relevant information in the computer system;
- Scan required documents and forward them to the appropriate people and/or file them on the network;
- Prepare the required documentation to inform employees on the particularities of each carrier;
- Participate in the documentation process and management of non-conformities related to transportation
- Participate in various projects related to the transportation network.
- Any other related tasks.
