Description:

HTEC Group are working with a leading Insurance client to support their Underwriting transformation.
The Program Manager role at HTEC Group entails overseeing and managing diverse programs and projects at an organizational level within a significant London market insurance client account. This role ensures alignment with company goals and objectives, focusing on developing, implementing, and managing program strategies that meet client expectations, program timelines, KPIs, and budgetary constraints within the London insurance market. The individual will lead multiple teams strategically, guiding HTEC Group towards long-term growth and fostering strong client relationships.
You will need extensive London Market Underwriting experience to be considered for this role.

INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE:

  • Extensive experience in the London Market Insurance industry, particularly within underwriting and broker sectors, driving innovation and efficiency.
  • Proven project management skills, adept at defining clear project boundaries, establishing effective reporting cadences, leveraging contemporary tools, and crafting robust risk and issue mitigation strategies.
  • Valuable hands-on experience across the financial services and insurance value chain, bringing a comprehensive understanding of industry dynamics.
  • Deep, detailed knowledge of the London market underwriting business lifecycle and protection products, ensuring well-informed decision-making and strategic planning.

DESIRABLE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Possess certifications in Project Management and/or Scrum Master.
  • Demonstrate experience in managing projects specific to the London Market Underwriting industry.
  • Lead teams in researching, developing, and creating consulting insights such as articles, whitepapers, and other collaterals, distributed through both traditional and digital media channels.
