Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Loss Prevention Partner (LPP) in our Profit Protection team, you will add value to the efficiency and profitability of John Lewis & Partners. In this role, you will:

  • Mitigating the risk of malicious harm to Partners and Customers;
  • Managing shrinkage performance within budget and risk appetite.

You will play a key role in a John Lewis branch by investigating trends and reporting on key themes, thoroughly investigating shrinkage to protect our profit. You’ll protect your fellow Partners and customers patrolling the shop floor to deter potential theft and monitor CCTV for signs of suspicious behaviour.
The role will address all aspects of Shrinkage, including, though not exclusive to, external and internal dishonesty, procedural failure, and administrative error within the John Lewis Partnership.
You will need to be confident and reassuring to be able to de-escalate conflict situations in the branch professionally
You will have to raise awareness of all aspects of shrinkage by supporting and coaching fellow Partners.
