Description:

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 1 year experience in service or hospitality industry
  • Have F&B knowledge and serving background
  • Well grooming standards
  • Food Handling/Safety Cert preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Providing superior customer service to lounge guests with extensive F&B knowledge and skills to ensure that all service standards are of the highest level
  • Serving guests in safe and efficient compliance with policies and procedures
  • Assist when necessary to ensure optimum service to the guests
  • Accommodate guest requests expediently and courteously
  • Ability to maintain company’s standards, policies and procedures
  • Handle lounge facilities, F&B related inventories, service discrepancies, emergencies, injuries, missing articles, damage and safety hazards
  • Any other assigned duties as assigned
