We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented LED Sign Assembly Technician to join our team. The LED Sign Assembly Technician will be responsible for assembling, wiring, and testing LED signs, ensuring their functionality, and maintaining the highest standards of quality. Responsibilities:
- Assemble LED signs according to specifications, blueprints, and technical drawings.
- Install and connect LED modules, power supplies, control systems, and other electrical components.
- Perform wiring of electrical connections to ensure proper functioning.
- Conduct quality control inspections to verify the accuracy of assembly and adherence to quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and repair any defects or malfunctions in LED signs.
- Test completed signs to ensure proper functionality and compliance with customer requirements.
- Collaborate with the design team to review project specifications and resolve any technical issues.
- Maintain an organized and clean work area, ensuring proper storage and inventory management of components.
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to all relevant regulations to create a safe working environment.
- Provide feedback to the production supervisor on any process improvements or equipment needs.
- Stay updated with industry trends, new technologies, and techniques related to LED sign assembly
