Desired qualifications in one or more of the following:

  • Proven record of motor sales growth, specifically, new business development.
  • Strong presentation & negotiation skills, experience of presenting at C level
  • Excellent written & spoken English, outstanding communication & interpersonal skills, and a natural ability to work as part of a team as well as be a team leader.
  • Higher education in electrical engineering
  • Familiarity with rotating machinery
  • Understanding of power electronics
  • Experience with e-commer

Responsibilities:

YOUR FUTURE ROLE

The job will play a vital role in supporting our most valuable customers and partners within the Nordics. The job will be identifying new business opportunities and executing established sales strategies to support corporate growth targets. The position will be located in Sweden Västerås or Mölndal. You will cover our complete low-voltage motors portfolio.

THIS POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDES:

  • Managing our Nordic Partners for LVM motors
  • Develop and build strong relationships with our partners and key customers.
  • Coordinate our global organization, supporting our Nordic partners.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Liaising with our factories for close cooperation
  • Designing and configuring motor utilizing our tools
  • Promote e-commers with our partners and key customers
  • Serve as escalation level and manage customer escalations when needed.
  • Reports to our Sales Manager
  • Dedicated sales for other customers beside main responsibility for motor partners in Sweden
  • Plan sales volumes and potential for target customers.
  • Analyse and evaluate markets (both technology and product portfolio) and needs of potential or existing customers.
  • Investigate and evaluate specific business opportunities for the customer-related product and service portfolio.
