As a Loyalty Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the customer benefits and offer operations of the ALH Loyalty program, working horizontally across the Marketing team and the wider business to embed the program consistently and drive initiatives to grow and retain the member base.

Here’s a taste of what you can expect in this role:

  • Support the Head of Loyalty Marketing to build and develop the ALH loyalty offer plan, customer value proposition and cross-channel customer experience for members.
  • Develop the creative briefs and communications with all internal stakeholder and channel agencies to ensure clarity of pub+ message across marketing activity.
  • Lead the execution of our offers capability in partnering with our Product owners, including setting up offers across multiple systems, audience selection, creative briefing & post analysis.
  • Lead post campaign reviews on customer marketing performance and internal effectiveness against key success measures.
  • Supporting the broader marketing team through delivery of loyalty activity aligned to brand framework, business priorities and the overarching campaign strategy.
  • Acting as the program champion/subject matter expert to embed the program in the business to build awareness and drive consistency in execution across all touchpoints.
  • Acting as the main day-to-day point of liaison between the lifecycle marketing team and the Operations/Tech teams, supporting on team briefing, program advocacy and operational matters relating to customer queries about loyalty program, offers and benefits.
  • Support the Head of Loyalty partnering with endeavourX Product Owners to develop strategy & implementation of ongoing Proofs of Concept around new loyalty initiatives; inclusive of strategy, customer experience, operations roll out and tech platforming.
  • Bring cross functional teams together and coordinate a regular operating rhythm to ensure the successful delivery of actions to timelines and resolve any misalignment in planned activities.
  • Manage marketing financials for loyalty activity including managing the budget, raising purchase orders, updating the spend tracker and managing financials/invoices with external suppliers.
  • Role model ALH values and Ways of Working.
