REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Upon hire: Washington Licensed Practical Nurse
• Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1 year Long-term care or related geriatric experience with prior supervisory and/or teaching experience.
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
