Service Delivery Manager – In this role, you need to ensure precise and efficient service delivery. The method of carrying out the responsibility involves monitoring daily and overall progress, managing the project teams and budgets and resolving challenges. Also, they are responsible for consistent, effective and cost-worthy delivery.

You Will:

  • Manage a team of IT engineering resources to deliver smooth IT operations to meet client’s service level expectations.
  • Perform client stakeholder management such as handle monthly reporting requirements, manage escalation as part of the incident process and act as single point of contact for the client.
  • Perform continuous service improvement, maintain up-to-date standard operating procedures.
  • Foster good relationship with client stakeholders to understand their technical strategy and roadmap and change requirements.
  • Manage change enhancement projects, additional deployment requirement requested by the client.
  • Lead the team to perform technical design, size the effort of the projects, create plan for change implementation and provide support to develop the business case for charging back to the client.
  • Perform vendor management and IT procurement as needed.
  • Responsible for the day-to-day resource plan, appraise, and coach the IT engineers as the line manager.
  • Involved in IT Infrastructure design, Project Management assignments, Strategy formation assignments and Procurement advisory assignments for various clients.
  • Led and delivered multiple small to medium sized development and enhancement of projects
  • Perform project estimation, planning, monitoring and control for different stages of the project
  • Handled end to end service management, process development and project evaluation in line with business case.
  • Capturing Client’s Technology requirements, IT Project Management, IT Operations, Infrastructure Management, Datacenter Operation Management, Vendor Management, IT Procurement.

You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology/Information Systems/Computer Science, or relevant work experiences
  • Minimum 8-10 years of IT operations management experiences and at least 2 years in Public Sector environment
  • Strong experience in managing change deployment and day-to-day operations in Data Center Operations, Wired/Wireless network, Firewalls, and Server domains.
  • Experience working in Singapore public sector whole of government environment.
  • ITIL Foundation certification is preferred.
  • Experience in Azure and AWS cloud implementation will have advantage.
  • Effective interpersonal skills, both written in English and good presentation skills.
  • Good people management, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Positive attitude, fast-learning, energetic, able to perform in fast paced environment.
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team.
