ABOUT LIFETIME SKILLS ACADEMY:

Lifetime Skills Academy (LSA) mission is to develop future leaders to be ready for our new technological world. Our programs are designed to ensure that students get a full range of exposure to all new technologies, soft skills such as Leadership and confidence in speaking publicly to thrive in the world. We create a positive environment full of support and motivation. Our curriculums and methods are developed by the top experts in Technology and Psychology.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience teaching students ages 6 to 10
• Good classroom management skills
• Willingness to learn
• Interest in developing artistic classes, expanding student proficiency in Mandarin

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

A successful Leadership Instructor will create and foster a learning environment that allows each participant to learn about different leadership principles, strategies and most importantly about their own self. The ‘Leader In Training’ program is created to teach youth how to be successful individuals in any situation they are involved in.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead classes with six to 20 students aged 6 to 12 ( with support)
• Actively guide students towards completing the assigned project
• Classroom management
• Advance student knowledge following curriculum
• Lesson plan development
• Room setup and organization
• Motivate and engage students
• Communicating clear instructions and guiding a team of younger instructors
• Willing to develop art curriculum
