Hours: Standard M - F
Travel: Field Based Role (travel throughout assigned territory in California + occasional office milestone/meetings)

POSITION OVERVIEW:

Develops and maintains positive relationships with providers within a local health plan’s LTSS/CalAIM provider network. Researches and resolves operational issues.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Requires a BA/BS degree and a minimum of 3 years’ experience as Network Services Specialist or as a Trainer; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience working with LTSS/CalAIM preferred
• Experience presenting to leadership and varied audiences preferred
• Quality background preferred
• Interpersonal Skills is a must
• Ability to operate independently strongly preferred
  For candidates working in person or remotely in the below location(s), the salary* range for this specific position is $59,040 to $ 106,272
