REQUIREMENTS

• Technical background in chemistry or engineering (i.e. a successfully completed apprenticeship as laboratory technician, mechanic or similar, or bachelor’s/master’s degree in a relevant field)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the lubricant industry, with a focus on laboratory, technical service, or product development
• Hands-on experience with analytical and performance testing, ability to calibrate and maintain the test devices
• Convert technical data in commercial solutions
• Creativity and solution orientation, considers new approaches to old problems; Strategic thinker and self starter
• Team player and cultural aware
• Excellent English and good German language competency
• Willingness to travel internationally
• Having a work permit in EU is required
