We have an exciting opportunity in our Catering Department in St Vincent’s Private Hospital, one of Ireland’s largest acute Private Hospitals (part of St Vincent’s Healthcare Group).

RESTAURANT LUNCH SERVICE SUPERVISOR

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Lunch Service Supervisor to oversee the smooth operation of our restaurant and coffee dock services. In this part-time role, Monday to Friday 11am-3pm. The Restaurant Lunch Service Supervisor will work each day with a team of 2 supervisors and 18 catering assistants to coordinate the full lunch service, ensuring excellent service flow and food quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the supervisory team to ensure seamless operations.
Supervise and support the restaurant and coffee dock teams.
Monitor food quality and presentation.
Provide hands-on assistance to staff during service.
Ensure an efficient and exceptional customer experience.
