    We are seeking two Front of House Managers (one each for our Rosebery and CBD venues) to lead our Front of House teams in our first foray into the Harbour City. On-the-job training will begin immediately in Lune’s renowned Melbourne venues, with comprehensive relocation assistance and support for the successful applicants.
    Working alongside the National FOH Operations Manager Liz Thomas you will lead, guide and inspire two new teams in meeting the Lune standard of excellence in Sydney. Working in beautifully designed facilities with a progressive workplace culture, you will be responsible for managing a team of FOH Attendants and Baristas, ensuring consistently high quality presentation of our world-class product and providing guests with moments of joy each time they enter a Lune venue.
    We believe in comprehensive training and development in order to maintain our standards and consistency across the brand. For this reason, we are offering the opportunity for a temporary relocation to work in our Melbourne venues – equipped with confidence and knowledge, you will hit the ground running as the Rosebery or CBD FOH Manager. Our relocation package to support your move will include travel expenses, temporary accommodation and associated moving costs to both Melbourne and Sydney.

You are:

  • A calm and consistent collaborator who enjoys curating exceptional guest experiences
  • An accessible and empathetic communicator who values building a positive work environment
  • A skilled trainer who can enact effective development (product knowledge, job related task performance) of team members that meet and exceed Lune’s objectives through individual and team performance
  • Adept at effective performance management
  • Experienced in leadership (at least 2 years) as a Manager within a hospitality-focused service industry, with tenure of 1.5 years minimum at one venue
  • An interest in coffee, with special consideration given to applicants with experience in leading a coffee program
  • Passionate about our product, with a good understanding of the Lune brand
