Job Overview:
Would you like to help customers find that perfect dress?
Working part time in our central London store situated behind Selfridges you must be an experienced Sales consultant (5 years +) in luxury and premium products .
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive selling
- Handle customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a professional manner
- Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge
-Manage and tidy stock room and have a good in depth knowledge of all stock
- Contributing to the maintenance of shop standards and keeping all dresses well presented on the racks
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a sales role in luxury or premium products
- Positive can do attitude with flexible working approach
-A strong understanding and enthusiasm for the product
-Outgoing team player with excellent communication skills
- Immaculately well presented
