PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven experience in selling or leasing luxury off-plan properties (preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
• Self-motivated with a passion for luxury real estate and a customer-focused approach.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative team setting.

ROLE OVERVIEW:

As a Luxury Property Consultant (Off-Plan) at DMAXX Properties, you will specialize in guiding clients through the buying process for off-plan luxury properties. You will work with high-net-worth individuals seeking to invest in Dubai’s premier developments. With the support of an in-house content creation team, including professional photographers and videographers, you will help showcase and market these exclusive off-plan properties in the most luxurious way possible.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Client Advisory: Provide expert guidance on off-plan property investments, helping clients navigate the purchasing process and market trends.
• Off-Plan Property Sales: Assist clients in purchasing luxury off-plan properties, ensuring they have a smooth and informed experience.
• Lead Generation: Leverage your network and DMAXX’s premium brand to generate high-quality leads and grow your client base.
• Exclusive Property Showings: Conduct property presentations for clients, with the aid of virtual tours and high-end visuals created by our in-house content team.
• Collaboration with Developers: Stay updated on upcoming luxury off-plan projects, providing clients with exclusive opportunities and early access to prime developments.
