- Expand Client Base: Identify and seize business opportunities in target regions to grow our clientele.
- Lead Management: Hunt for, manage, and qualify inbound sales inquiries to convert leads into appointments, ensuring quick and efficient customer responses.
- Database Maintenance: Create and maintain an organized database of prospective and past clients, keeping all lead information current.
- Prospect Follow-Up: Engage with prospects through email, phone calls, and other communication methods to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified real estate leads.
- Sales Reporting: Provide monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team to showcase progress toward company goals.
