Manage Line operation to ensure company targets by arrangement manpower based on capacity / load and make plan for short - long term, quality of service, quality of product and cost of projects / products .
Responsible for safety and health conditions are met in the workplace.
1. Safety working environments
2. Customers satisfaction by delivery products on time and quality meet requirements
3. Direct labor productivity
4. Responsible to achieve KPI as company goal
5. Arrangement manpower met to load / capacity and schedule (SIOP and Weekly Planning)
Deploy SPS Good Practice in People & Process Domain
Qualifications
Education:
S1 electro / Mechanical Engineering / Industrial Engineering
Job Related Experience:
production process, quality tools, people management
Business Understanding:
Industrial management, HR knowledge, Technical knowledge, Fabrication/Production per activity
Others (e.g. language skills, technical skills):
Language skill in English and Indonesia, Information System (SAP-ERP), management
Communication skill, Quality, Safety, Health and Environmental system
Primary Location: ID-West Java-Cikarang
Schedule: Full-time
