PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Understanding of overall network strategy, supply/demand balance, and plant operating constraints.
- Ability to drive functional excellence through a willingness to aggressively pursue new and creative approaches to resolve problems.
- Interface effectively with other functions, collaborative
- APICS CPIM Certification.
- SAP Knowledge.
- Ability to build and execute queries, databases, and spreadsheet

Responsibilities:
WHAT ROLE YOU WILL PLAY IN OUR TEAM
Generate an accurate sales forecast that serve as base for EM Supply Chain, playing a key role as the strategic link between Sales, Marketing, and Supply.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Generate a reliable forecast that depends on the quality of sales history, collaborative Market Intelligence, and optimal algorithm parameters in the system.
- Provide a timely forecast to Supply to ensure that the right product is in the right place at the right time to meet customer orders.
- Work with Sales and Marketing to understand changing customer needs and market dynamics.
- Maintain historical demand information.
- Follow a scripted Demand Planning Monthly Cycle that aligns with industry best practice.
- Leverage system tools to identify opportunities for forecast improvements.
- Monitors system data quality and integrity and fixes data related issues.
- Measures forecast performance and adjusts their processes in order to drive long-term improvement.
- Leads Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) Meetings.
