LVN (Part Time) - Hospice

This part time position will be working Friday to Monday 4pm to 12:30am.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement.
• California Licensed Vocational Nurse upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire
• Phlebotomy/IV Certification required. Must obtain within 6 months (180 days) of hire
• Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request. See policy for additional information.
• One (1) year experience in nursing, hospice or related health field.
