Description:

As M&A Manager you will play an important role in supporting Consilium Safety Group realize an ambitious growth agenda over the coming years. You will be responsible for managing M&A transactions for acquisition targets across the globe and support Group Management in selected strategic initiatives.

By end of 2023, Consilium Safety Group was acquired by the infrastructure private equity firm Antin Infrastructure Partners. With strong investors in our back and a transformative growth journey ahead, we are now looking for a M&A Manager to support and work alongside our Vice President of M&A. This is an exceptional opportunity for a top talent looking to take on their next role within a private equity owned company where you will work closely with our owners – Antin Infrastructure Partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end M&A activities, including target identification, networking, deal structure, due diligence, valuation, negotiation, and execution.
  • Manage M&A pipeline, building relationships and working proactively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate due diligence workstream with external advisors.
  • Support management with analysis and development of strategic initiatives including presentation materials for executive stakeholders and Board of Directors
    The work is fast paced, demanding, and intellectually stimulating.
