JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking a motivated and organized Medical Assistant/Receptionist to join our team at PsychiaTreat. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting our providers and delivering exceptional care to our patients. You will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling appointments, facilitating communication between patients and providers, and ensuring a seamless experience for all involved. In addition, you will engage in phone-based customer service and sales when needed, handling patient inquiries, promoting our services, and following up on warm leads.
QUALIFICATIONS
Proven experience as a Medical Assistant, Receptionist, or similar role in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Compassionate, empathetic, and patient-focused.
- Comfortable with phone-based sales and customer service.
Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Electronic Medical Records).
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience working with veterans, first responders, or within mental health services is a plus.
