As a Meetings and Events Executive at our esteemed hotel within The iNUA Collection, you will play a crucial role in orchestrating flawless events and meetings for our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all aspects of the events, from initial planning to execution and follow-up, are executed to perfection, meeting and exceeding our guests’ expectations. This role requires a meticulous attention to detail, exceptional organisational skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
- Proven experience in event planning and execution, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality, personalised service.
- Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
