M&E Manager

Bouygues UK have an exciting opportunity for experienced M&E Managers to work on the renowned Oriel project. Oriel is a joint initiative to transform a two-acre site at St Pancras Hospital to deliver a pioneering eye care, research, and education centre. The project will be a new, state-of-the-art building with an anticipated gross internal area of up to 46,000m2. Designed with flexibility in mind, it will be able to meet future service requirements and keep pace with changes in technological, medical or research requirements. Its design has been the subject of an extensive programme of engagement with patients, staff and partner organisations to ensure a national standard for accessibility is created.
Covering all aspects of the management of M&E packages from procurement to hand over, including the management of M&E design consultants and the management of more junior M&E engineers/managers.

• To procure, coordinate, and supervise all M&E activities on site.
• Managing all M&E activities works with an emphasis for:
• H&S.
• Quality ((As per BYUK’s management system).
• Programme.
• Liaise on a day-to-day basis with other trades.
