Due to the continued success of our internal delivery, we are investing and growing our Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) team. We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and confident Project Manager to join the team.
The M&E Project Manager takes full responsibility for the delivery of engineering projects at our biogas sites. The success of each project is measured against health and safety, quality, cost and time parameters, as well as stakeholder satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

We provide a fully integrated turnkey service, ranging from feasibility and design to construction and commissioning. It encompasses all aspects of programme and project management, on-site civils and M&E construction activities, including commissioning. These activities are completed utilising our in-house expertise and direct resources at all stages, as well as our supply chain.
You will take ownership of project delivery and will be the main point of contact for all contractors, suppliers and business stakeholders associated with it. You will ensure the project scope matches the brief and is delivered in accordance with our processes, procedures and quality standards. Creating and managing the project delivery and resourcing plans for each project will be a key aspect of this role. You’ll ensure the project is proactively monitored and progress is reported upon throughout its lifecycle.
Additionally, you’ll be responsible for the risks and issues associated with the project, maintaining the project RAID register to manage, mitigate and control them. You will also manage change throughout the project using standard change control processes, keeping stakeholders informed and ensuring all commercial aspects of the project are in place and managed throughout its lifecycle, including cost estimates, contracts and project forecasting.
You’ll ensure post-project/benefit reviews are carried out on project completion, ensuring lessons learned are captured and shared across the business. This role will have management responsibilities, and you’ll encourage personal accountability while providing regular guidance and performance feedback to team members. The ability to lead, manage and communicate with people is a key aspect of this role.
