Description:

THE MISSION

The Partner Manager will establish and nurture strategic partnerships, monitor their performance, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful integration and execution of partnership initiatives. Additionally, they will develop training programs for partners and support partners in local in-person meetings.

  • 1-2 years of professional experience in partner management, key account management, sales, or a related field
  • Fluent in English and Spanish + other language skills
  • High motivation and commitment
  • Willingness to travel globally - meet with partners, attend industry events, and support partnership initiatives multiple times (10+ trips per year)
  • Enthusiasm to learn about Wildfires, Satellite technology and data analysis
  • Excellent communication skills
  • The ability to interact successfully across cultures

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Maintain Partnerships: Establish and nurture strategic partnerships that align with the company’s goals and objectives. Manage ongoing relationships to ensure mutual success.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate the performance of partnerships to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure seamless integration and execution of partnership initiatives.
  • Training and Support: Develop and deliver training programs to educate partners on our products. Provide ongoing support to address partner inquiries and challenges.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on partnership performance, opportunities, and risks to senior management. Use data-driven insights to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.
  • Event Participation: Represent OroraTech at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote partnership opportunities.
