Description:

The Cloud Marketing Team is seeking an M365 Cross-Sell and Acquisition Manager to develop and implement a cross-sell strategy for Modern Work products.
In this role, you will design and execute scaled, automated digital marketing campaigns to convert customers to paid and premium M365 SKUs. You will also focus on expanding existing customers’ portfolios through targeted cross-sell offers and trial promotions to drive revenue growth.
We are looking for a strategic, results-oriented, data-driven person who has a track-record of executing well and quickly, can build and leverage relationships cross-functionally with executive presence, and who can influence without authority. This role requires someone to be comfortable dealing with ambiguity, scrappy and operate with a “startup” mentality, potentially wearing multiple hats to ensure we achieve our business goals.

REQUIRED/MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 3+ years integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related work experience
  • OR equivalent experience.

ADDITIONAL OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 5+ years integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related experience
  • OR Master’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 2+ years integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related experience
  • OR equivalent experience.
  • Fluent at analyzing data, evaluating impact of an experiment in a treatment and control split and communicating at a leadership level on the business impact.
  • Keen business instincts and the ability to establish credibility and authentically build trusted relationships at all levels, both internally and externally, and across multiple geographies.
  • Effective writing and verbal communication skills; ability to synthesize multiple complex documents and prepare executive-level summaries.
  • Resiliency and resourcefulness to handle shifting priorities, move forward and maintain demeanor in high intensity situations.
  • Promotes customer centricity and ensures focus on creating customer experiences to achieve competitive advantage.
    Integrated Marketing IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $103,800 - $200,300 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $133,700 - $219,200 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive cross-sell strategy for Modern Work products.
  • Create and execute campaigns designed to convert customers to paid and premium M365 SKUs, driving revenue growth.
  • Create and execute campaigns aimed at upselling customers to premium M365 SKUs, expanding existing portfolios through cross-sell opportunities, and promoting trial offers.
  • Launch a pilot program to connect customers with direct sellers, aiming to drive growth and enhance M365 cross/up-sell opportunities.
  • Provide strategic direction, set goals, facilitate idea generation, drive prioritization, and set the rhythm of execution/delivery for the cross-functional team that works with you to support loyalty & engagement marketing.
  • Partner closely with Product Management, Product Marketing, and other digital marketing partners to develop and execute a cohesive digital loyalty & engagement marketing strategy for the M365 business.
  • Collaborate closely with internal data teams including data scientists, analysts, and data engineers to glean insights, develop hypotheses, and design experiments to test hypotheses.
  • Work together with Marketing Operations and Analytics teams to develop, launch, assess performance of, and iterate on digital campaigns in owned & operated channels (e.g., email & in-product messaging).
  • Involve cross-functional partners in Legal, Privacy, and other functions to ensure that we are developing loyalty & engagement marketing experiences and campaigns that meet privacy, legal, policy, and customer experience standards and requirements.
  • Develop communications and programs across multiple channels including email and dynamic in-product messaging. Optimize the communication channel across customer types to drive impact and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Continuously review performance and operations of each of the campaigns in market aligned with the role and provide regular updates, optimization techniques, and ways to improve the performance.
  • Take an agile marketing approach, adjusting to new priorities, executing, and reporting results.
  • Work with our internal creative team to develop digital marketing assets to support your initiatives, ensuring a high-quality bar in creative and messaging.
  • Report campaign performance of top campaigns and communications for CVP and GM review.
  • Present in Commercial Relationship Marketing (RM) Team meetings and share thought-leadership and program updates.
