Description:

YOUR DAY TO DAY:

The role owns customer cases for assistance for MS365 service / outcome impacting events.
It is a generalist across the product platform and can facilitate the customer to self-serve journeys as well as actively resolve up to 80% of interactions at first contact.
Support is expected to be via different channels such as web chat, phone channel and portal.

WITH THESE SKILLS YOU ARE A GREAT CANDIDATE:

  • Strong IT industry knowledge in a global company
  • 3-5 years Experience Troubleshoot various Microsoft 365 issues including connectivity and mobility
  • Office 365 migrations (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Azure AD)
  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals is a must
  • ITIL certification is a plus
  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Exchange Online Support Engineer Specialty is a plus
  • English Speaking B2/C1
