  Role Detail
  Reporting to the Solutions Development Manager, you will be responsible for end-to-end design, development and testing of modern advanced software solutions and processes on the M365 and Azure environments.
  You will work across multiple areas of the business including those which integrate with existing and future systems. You will get to collaborate with key stakeholders and work to enhance the firm’s existing technology platforms into integrated productivity functions.
  With responsibility for adhering to ITSM processes and security policies as well as software development lifecycle disciplines, the role involves a balanced mix of hands-on development and other solution-related tasks.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Participating in building innovative enterprise level modern solutions within the M365/Azure environments.
• Acting as the solution designer for when promising ideas are put forward by the business.
• Understanding business requirements and transform them into appropriate technical solutions that deliver demonstrated value to the firm.
• Assisting in the analysis and design of application and database solutions.
• Architect, design and develop well defined advanced solutions across the M365 Platform (Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, Office), Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents, Power BI, Logic Apps) and Azure development tool stacks focused on business process improvements and management throughout the organisation.
• Managing the development and implementation of solutions in line with project timelines and service level objectives.
• Identifying opportunities to enhance existing technologies and apply new and emerging technologies where applicable (current emphasis on AI and productivity improvements).
• Adhering to ITIL V4 processes such as incident, change and problem management.

You will also bring:

• Minimum 3+ years’ experience developing enterprise modern technical solutions by understanding both technical and non-technical requirements provided by internal and external clients.
• Strong technical experience in building Power Platform, Dataverse, Teams, and SharePoint solutions using the platform tools, Visual Studio Code, PowerShell, and DevOps.
• Ability to decide on and articulate a technical solution to solve a business problem.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proactive and flexible approach to tasks and willing to accept changes in priorities when necessary.
• Demonstrated knowledge in Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions and MS Graph.
• Competent in SQL and database design.
• Working knowledge of Azure Cloud, and Azure Services.
• Working knowledge of building SPFx web parts using typescript.
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and in the context of software development.
• Ability to “own” issues and work with other teams to achieve desired outcomes.
• Capable of working both independently and within a team, sharing knowledge and mentoring others across different functions or roles.
• Demonstrates the ability to clearly articulate ideas and information in both written and verbal formats to various audiences.
