The M365 Senior Business Analyst will run the business analysis activities on large scale, complex, digital transformation and business change projects related to the Modern Workplace programme and M365. The M365 Senior Business Analyst will undertake strategic analysis activities to ensure the digital and business solutions meet requirements and satisfy quality expectations of IS and business, they will also take a significant role in managing the changes being introduced.
The M365 Senior Business Analyst is responsible for gathering, validating and documenting requirements by facilitating workshops with technical and business subject matter experts. The Senior Business Analyst is required to map complex business processes and informational flows, creating process maps and schematic diagrams when required to support and align on the understanding of change impacts, and efficiency opportunities.
The M365 Senior Business Analyst has a prominent role in supporting the implementation of best practice within the Business Analysis team, quality controlling business analysis output and ensuring a continuous improvement approach of total quality management is followed.

This position is offered with hybrid working, with Portsmouth Campus being the main work location.
This is a fixed term appointment for 18 months.
