Description:

TO QUALIFY FOR THIS POSITION, YOU MUST HAVE:

  • 2-5 years relevant experience in SharePoint, OneDrive, supporting and using Microsoft 365 products
  • Associates or bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related discipline
  • Experience as a M365 administrator and working knowledge of Azure AD
  • Knowledge of architect solutions that utilize SharePoint Online functionality (Hub Sites, Term Store, Enterprise Keywords, SPFx Deployment, Content Types, etc.)
  • Experience anticipating, mitigating, identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving SharePoint issues and escalating incidents as necessary on behalf of clients
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and effectively follow through
  • Ability to work effectively in a team setting and collaborate with team members
  • Experience with networking, server, application, and web technologies
  • Experience with various presentation tools including PowerPoint and Teams

Responsibilities:

BAMBOO SOLUTIONS IS SEEKING AN ENERGETIC, PERSONABLE INDIVIDUAL TO WORK IN CONJUNCTION WITH OUR SUPPORT TEAM IN A MICROSOFT 365 MIGRATION ROLE AS A KEY SPECIALIST. CANDIDATES MUST SHOW KNOWLEDGE AND USE OF M365, AND SHAREPOINT EXPERIENCE IS PREFERRED. CANDIDATES WITHOUT PRIOR M365 EXPERIENCE WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.

As a M365 Support Consultant you will be the first contact point for many Bamboo Migration customers. You will have the opportunity to work with the latest Microsoft SharePoint technologies and solutions in a dynamic work environment (and work with some great people too)! The ideal candidate must work well with end users at varying technical skill levels and communicate effectively through email, telephone, help desk tickets, and online meeting software.
This position offers full-time work from home flexibility.

THE SUPPORT SPECIALIST WILL COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING DAILY DUTIES WHICH INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Work daily on incoming tickets via the help desk system or phone call
  • Escalate issues as needed to the Support Team Lead or other departments for review
  • Attend regular daily and weekly meetings
  • Respond to post migration tickets during core business hours and occasionally work after hours
